Installations

We install premium Singapore TR25 compliant 7.4kW / 22kW AC and 50 -180kW DC charging stations in private car parking spaces, residential, commercial and industrial car parking lots. We will recommend an initial number of charging stations for you, which will increase as your charging requirements grow or if your property’s EV fleet expand. You will later be able to call off more installations of charging stations with us, as you feel is required, because the power is in your hands.

We will provide and install an initial number of charging stations at no cost to you. Thereafter, for all subsequent charging stations installed at your property, we will charge minimum reasonable costs only based on the installation and remedial works required.

As you pay a monthly rental fee to us for each charge point, we will look after and bear all servicing, maintenance and repairs of our charging stations including associated LEW costs for our charging stations but excluding your property’s LEW fees (if any).

Terms and conditions will apply to our agreed arrangement, which will have a minimum 5 year contract term.

Landed properties are however, excepted from the above rental arrangement as charging stations would only be provided on a private purchase basis there.

You will be able to set the pricing tariffs for EV charging at your property. You can charge commercial and retail tariffs, or if in private car parking lots, separate tariffs for residents and guests. We will help in recommending a suitable pricing tariff for you, based on amongst others your cost of electricity, the market rate for charging and our transaction fees.

You will have a dashboard which shows you the usage on each charge point and the amount payable to you on a monthly basis. The EV owner will pay Flex E Power through the Application and we will pass that back to you less our transaction fees.

You set the price and we provide all the rest of backend and services to give you a peace of mind.
